We would like to hear from you.
FixSpike is built and maintained with one goal: making the research on fiber, meal timing and blood sugar spikes easier to act on, especially for South Asian meals that do not get much coverage elsewhere. If something on the site is unclear, out of date, or missing, letting us know helps make it better for the next person who visits.
What to write in about
- Research corrections. If you have seen a study that updates, supports, or contradicts a claim on the site, share the citation. Every fiber dose and health claim here is meant to be backed by peer-reviewed evidence, and we would rather fix a mistake than leave it standing.
- Calculator feedback. A food, flour, rice or fiber type you wish were included, a confusing result, or a bug in the calculator or the AI meal parser.
- Content requests. A topic you would like covered on the blog — a specific fiber, food, or South Asian dish.
- Privacy requests. To access, correct, or delete data associated with you, see the Privacy Policy for details.
- Press or partnership inquiries.
We read every message and try to reply within a few days.
Before you write
Many common questions about fiber dosing, timing, and post-meal walking or calf raises are already answered, with sources, in the FAQ section on the homepage. If you are looking for a deeper dive on a specific fiber or food, check the blog first — your question may already be covered there.
FixSpike is an independent educational project, not a clinic or a medical practice. We are not able to answer individual medical questions or give personal diagnosis or treatment advice; for those, please reach out to a doctor or registered dietitian.
